£13 Aldi Meal Plan: Feed Yourself For £13.35 From Aldi For 1 Week [28 Meals FREE PDF]
In a week where money is tight or you want to save more money, this is the meal plan for you. This meal plan and prices are based on Aldi foods. Assuming that you have a number of common pantry and cupboard staples, this shopping list will cost you just over £13.

£13 Aldi Meal Plan Rules
- Use the super 6 or other special discounts in your supermarket of choice.
- Look for yellow sticker deals. Supermarkets put yellow stickers on mainy fresh foods such as meats, dairy and other perishable foods. Those stickers can give you up to 90% off on foods that are normally very expensive such as meat.
- Use your store cupboard ingredients such as tea bags, cooking oil and condiments.
- Consider what you can use up this week. If you have several types of tea bags in your cupboard, maybe try using those up instead of buying more of a preferred one.
- Adjust the meal plan to suit your budget. If you can replace some of these suggested foods with what you have at home, then do that.
- Portion your food out carefully. Count how many items you have in each pack and make sure to keep enough for the rest of the week.
- If you have spare food either use it for snacks or roll those items into next week’s meal plan.
This meal plan is intended for someone who already has items in their kitchen. The 7 day £13 shopping list PDF consists of the foods that you will need to make the meals with. It does not include the things you will need to cook with such as olive oil and flavourings.
If you need to buy the things to compliment this meal plan, I have included a shopping list with prices of pantry or store cupboard items that you can buy in Aldi.

Recipes For £13 Aldi Meal Plan
The only recipe needed for this meal plan is for the savoury mince.
- Heat the pan to a medium heat.
- Chop an onion (use as much as you prefer but I like to use half a medium onion)
- Cook the onion till soft, but do not burn or brown.
- Season the mince meat with salt and pepper.
- Add the mince to the pan with the onion and brown the mince
- Dissolve the stock cube in a little boiling water and mix in thoroughly.
- Add mixed herbs and any other flavouring available to you at home.
- Add a cup of frozen mixed vegetables to the mince and cook until piping hot.
- At any stage if the mix is getting to dry while cooking add a splash of boiling water to loosen it.
- You could add some ketchup to this mixture if you don’t have any other flavours.
- Portion the mix into 3 portions. Once fully cooled store 2 portions in the fridge or freezer in airtight containers till you need to use them.

Tips On Food Storage
When batch cooking food make sure that you cool it completely before storing it. Store in airtight containers to ensure that the food quality is maintained and that it doesn’t spoil.
If you need to defrost portions of batch cooked food,take the food out of the freezer the night before and defrost in the fridge. Reheat the food till piping hot before eating.
When storing leftover vegetable portions such as onions, make sure to store in an airtight containers in the fridge and use within a day or so.
To ensure that you can use the sliced white bread all week, consider freezing half the loaf for the second half of the week. You can use bread straight out of the freezer for toasting. Bread defrosts very quickly.
