Mrs Hawkins House sells digital products, including eBooks, spreadsheets, templates and downloadable resources.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not available once a purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong file, or are unable to access your purchase, please get in touch and I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.
